what size tyre

Default what size tyre

hi , got myself a set of PFF7 reps 7.5J x 18'', ET45, PCD100 ,still to get a set of tyres . what would be the ideal tyre size to fit . there going onto a 2005 blobeye wagon running standard suspension but am going to lower it with either the peddars sportsryder kit or a set of coil overs, cheers andy

Oops sorry 225x40x18 or if you have loads of clearance 225x45x18 but think most people go with the 40 profile

Cheers buddy , was thinking about 235x40x18 but didnt think they would fit or look right ...

I have these same wheels and have 225/40/18 on my bug

Wasnt sure if i would get away with the 235/40/18 as i going to lower it , 225 seems to be the recomended size .

They are standard wrx struts with red springs, they were on the car when I got it, maybe Sti springs??
