I get really bad brake judder when the brakes get hot, the steering whee judders from side to side.

Seem fine when cold.....

Warped disks?? Shall i get them measured?

its a good place to start, check if hub and discs are running out, pretty easy to do if you can get your hands on a dial gauge.

ive had similar issue on front discs. hubs were true when checked, but discs were out of tolerance. on car disc skim fixed it for me and was much cheaper than replacing.
