I've been told I need to get a new one way valve in my brake servo pipe - I recently had new silicone hoses fitted and have suddenly got a solid brake pedal when braking hard.

Speaking to a local Subaru impreza garage and Subaru themselves have informed me my car does not have a one way valve.

However, I would like to install one anyway to see if it solves the issue but cannot find the part number so I can buy one.

My car is a 2005 Impreza STI UK.

If anyone can let me know if these spec cars should have the valve and what the part number should be please.

just contact one of the guys breaking cars, I cant imagine its the biggest seller so they will have a few.
