Please help handbrake

Can any one help me anmd name the part with is broken on my picture

do I have to remove wheel bearing to change this?

That's the ABS tone ring, if it's the same as mine it'll cost about £90 plus a new wheel bearing. Yes the hub will need pressed out of the knuckle. You'd be better buying a second hand hub/knuckle complete.

This happened to me a number of weeks back and I bought a used hub complete as it was a lot cheaper and easier than buying and changing as said above.
