can anyone tell me in simple terms and with pics if possible how to reset and and count the blinks for my wrx impreza turbo 1996 please

any info would be appriciated

It's the 2 little black plugs and 2 little green plugs under the steering column, can't remember off the top of my head, Google search, impreza classic fault code reading or something similar....

It's not got any thing todo with the abs light though, it's to read fault codes when the check engine light come on
