As the topline says. I'm looking after a shop that can rebuild my 4 pot (front) and (rear) 2 pot brake calipers. one of the bleeding vales on the left rear is stuck, and may brake trying to get it out.

Who does the best job, for the cheapest prices? I want the Brembos complete gone through, serviced with new parts if necessary, and then paintet Kawasaki or Ford RS green.

Who should i contact? Live in Denmark.

I would like the final result to look like this:

Sent you an email ??

OK might as well put them on here , we can do your calipers kawasaki green , we charge £95 per front caliper , and £85 per rear caliper to fully overhaul them , we completely strip them down , paint strip , bead blast , powder coat them , chemically clean the seals , and polish the piston , rebuild and fit new logo's and new stainless steel nipples.

Extra's would be if they needed any seals , or if any threads needed fixing , then shipping costs back to you
Hope this helps

Cheers Ian

Hi Ian.

There is a bleeding valve on the rear left that is stuck, than cant be bleed. I know that should be changed at least. Dont think the seals need fixing.
The mount on bolts to the caliper is not the same size. Is it possible to get them drilled up and fitted with 8 new bolts so the size is the same?

Here is a few pics of them from when i had them cleaned after winterdriving.

Is it possible to get STI stickers instead of Brembo stickers? Like either red, white or black STI stickers on the green calipers? Like these:

Do you know how much the shipping is back to me from you?

We remove all the bleed nipples when stripping the calipers down , if the threads on either the holes for the nipples , or where the calipers bolt onto the car are damaged we can fix them , and as mentioned we will fit all new stainless steel nipples

If the bolt thread is different , they might have put a M12.1.75mm helicoil into it , so we could do the others the same , if it has been done bigger , say M14mm we couldn't take it back to 12mm , we have seen this done before and the hub was also drilled out bigger , take some photo's of the thread that's been changed so I can see it.

P&P back to Denmark is £25

Yes we can put whatever stickers you want on them

Hi Ian.

That sounds great. Though, i need to dismount them to take pictures of the bolts, and then mount it again, at it is my daily drivin car. And then dismount it again when i ship the goods to you.

How bout i send the bolt with the calipers, in the right bolt wholes as if they was mounted on the car? I guess they have been drilled out as the thread in the calipers is very soft and can get damaged very easy? You can actuly se the bigger size whole, on the first of the tree pictures, the front right caliper, the boltmount to the right.

What will it cost, to rebuild/paint the pins and spring clip for the pads? I would look funny to mount the ugly ones on what looks like new brakes

HI
If the hole is larger on one of them , I would just leave it like that , I wouldn't take the other ones bigger , we can check all the threads and fix any if they are damaged.
If it has been redrilled and tapped larger , it will be no weaker than the original hole as they are just tapped into the alloy , there are no inserts from new

Send in the pins ect , we can bead blast all them for you , they are stainless steel so won't need painting , just bead blasting to make them look new again , no extra charge for doing these.

Send them into us when you're ready , along with a covering letter , name address and phone number , and what colour you want them and we can do them for you , take payment when they are finished and ready to send

Cheers Ian
