Default Speedline ST2 17x7j ET52 X4

I have my speedline ST2 17x7 ET52 5x100 track wheels for sale.

They come with 4 fitted & 3 spare Kumho v70a/v700 215/40/17 K90 hard compound tyres.

I've done a season of sprints and track days in my classic with these and they have still got about half the tread left.
One of the spares has had a puncture repair.

They are a great 1B tyre. They are technically road legal but I wouldn't fancy going far in heavy rain :-)
Worked better on my classic on track than R888's & AD08's.

Paint on wheels is not quite perfect but still looks good. No scrapes just a few minor stone chips and wheel brace scratches.

Clear my wilwood superlite 4 pots with 330 rotors but may need a spacer for brembos? Should clear AP four pots. Maybe someone will know for sure?

£400
Collection from Grantham lincs or I may be able to drop them to you for fuel cost. Will not post.
Andrew

Andis,
Flash some gold paint over them and stick them on ebay. They will sell quickly and for decent money.

Think you may be right mate. Splitting the wheels and tyres if anyone's interested.

Sorry for the late reply. Let me check what it will cost to split then and where I'm heading in the next few weeks.

I'm in no hurry to move them mate as I've made a bit of room getting rid of some other stuff.
Happy if you want to give me a deposit as long as you can take them by 31st Jan.

I have had a lot of messages via various sites about the wheels without the tyres.
I've been busy but I have now had time to split them.

The rims only are now listed on ebay with a starting price less than all the offers I was made to give everyone a fair chance.

I had 2 offers of £400 just for the rims!
However offers aren't the same as people coming up with the money so I will probably be begging you for £250 next week.

Andis, thanks for the offer mate. I have just bought winter tyres for my 16" rims so as to keep my ST2's for summer only.

I'd buy one for a spare though. Wonder if you could get more for individual wheels?

Maybe. But it could take forever to move them one at a time.

A set of these sold on ebay for £500 yesterday and they weren't in great condition, but they were gold.

Like I said, spend a day and flash some gold over them then stick them on ebay on auction 99p start no reserve.
You'll be surprised what they'll make

It'll only cost you a few quid for the paint.

The ones on ebay had tyres too. A colour change on 4 good wheels is £25 per wheel minimum plus valve and balance and its £150 total. That would make these £450 for wheels only.

I agree though, paint em gold and try again or sell them to me for my offer. Cash tomorrow!

If they were mine I'd of left the rubber on, painted them gold myself for under £50 and stuck them on ebay for £500.
They would of sold very quickly.

As they are, in that colour with no rubber then he'll struggle imo.

Fantastic wheel in gold for a classic with the motorsport history to go with it.

I picked a set up on ebay with brand new Toyo's fitted and then had them refurbed in gold.

Only if they were revs, seen these on ebay ages ago, the colour didn't put me off as a quick refurb is only £100 so I would discussed a price but they won't clear Brembos hence I was put off

I originally wanted Rev's but finally decided on the ST2's because of the history with subaru and speedline. Just a shame they don't do these in 18's :-(

Don't quote me but I'm sure these will clear Brembos with a spacer fitted. If I get chance I'll nip one round to a pal and trial it on his blob.
