Hi

Ive had a lil bump in my car and front bumper had a slight dent and scratch, does anyone know of anywhere decent in Leeds that doesnt cost the earth, plus does anyone know know a dent remover ??

If you mean the plastic bumper is dented it's not quite the same as removing a dent on a metal panel. I'm a dent tech in Sheffield btw.
