Snow in Leeds
The snow has finally reached Leeds well it did Friday night but I had to sleep Saturday for my night shift so the first lot all melted.... but tonight it's doing it again
We've all seen the youtube videos where people are sliding around a massive flat open space in America, where are those places in the UK. More importantly where are those types of places near Leeds. Need somewhere flat and open where we're unlikely to get moved on after a few minutes. We found a place last year but it had hidden concrete blocks round the edges and bgood killed a wheel

go over the isle of skye road towards greenfield from huddersfield/holmfirth when the road is closed. lots of open space up there. I had some good times up there last year. be carfull of the snow drifts though, there are some knarly dry stone wall up there.

Roads are a little dangerous at moment especially the way some people driver in snow. We managed to find a good few big open and more importantly empty car parks. Good way to use half a tank of petrol without actually going anywhere.
