You need to conact SigmaSam, I think he is still on here, but he is mainly on SIDC site.
It could be anything that is causing the Alarm to trigger, even if the battery drops below a certain voltage can trigger the alarm (battery knackered?)
Radio transmitters in the area can also cause this to happen.

I also had trouble with my alarm going off randomly in the middle of the night. After a bit of head scratching, I traced the cause, it was the switch under the bonnet that triggers when the bonnet is opened. After a heavy downpour it had got a bit of water in it which caused it to short out and trigger the alarm randomly. A quick dry out and a squirt of whisky delta four zero and the problem was solved

When the battery finally dies in the sounder, it will go off increasingly often...
It's tucked down out of sight, mine cost £65 a couple of years ago.

All sorted now
took the siren apart yesterday to replace the 9v battery, which I did, but turns out the problem was negative wire from battery to circuit had corroded and broke loose, so a top lad I know soldered the little blyter back on for me
cheers Dave
I shall sleep easy tonight
and so will the neighbours
