I'm buying my first house!
Well been looking for a while, found a house that is pretty much spot on for me.
After a bit of waiting to get the deposit sorted, I've bought one!
Suffice to say, I'm quite nervous and excited about the prospect!
The is the house - pics from rightmove website
3 - 4 car garage going in this back garden

Absolutely fkin fuming
The house has been sold to someone else behind my back!
William H. Browns refused to remove the house from sale even though my mortgage advisor had told them the paper work was being processed and today got a call from them saying that someone else has put in an offer and the house has been sold to them - end of.
My advisor even went to them to find out WTF they were playing at and was just shut down at every question.
I really can't describe in words just how fkin p*****d off I am

Gutted for your mate It's a pain in the **** trying to secure a mortgage on a place. I thought though, that if a company had formally accepted your offer then it went into holding (i.e. no more offers accepted) unless the deal fell through (client couldn't get mortgage for example).
Shame, as the house looks spot on for money!!
