Big thanks mate for the cast cross over manifold to replace mine. 
For the record it does have a flexi bellow in the middle, exactly where mine was blowing. Harvey told me this when I contacted him. Apparently the standard up-pipe has one also, mine hasn't. (Harvey's supply).
So Scooby is happy again.
