hi there dunx, after what we were talking about at the meet about doing some research on my car, well i have been getting somewhere i have been thro all the reciept(and theres plenty) i added it all up and i have £23396 in reciepts

now from what i can work out heres some spec:

1.group n disks
2.goodridge braided hose kit
3.silk pro race 2000 brake fluid
4.roger clack radiator cap 1.3 bar
5.ngk pfr7b plugs
6.cible driving light kit 130w
7.ferodo pro brake pads
8.geometry check + set up
9.eibach springs
10.tsl tubular manifold headers
11.ap 6 pot brake kit (from tsl? £1,518)
12.APS 3" exhaust system
13.APS cold air intake
14.APS high flow air cleaner? (what this about?)
15.AP racing organic clutch kit
16.RCM 5.4kg uprated flywheel kit
17.RCM alloy aux pulley kit
18.APS decat pipe
19.G force mapped by s. simpson
20.uprated coolant rad? ( from TSL?)
21.22b air flow meter? n/stk?
22.new dampers all round from RCM
23.adjustment to toe and front camber?
24.it had a full rebuild in 05
25.turbo has had all new seal/bearings


so thats about all i can find out? started to make me wonder what sort of power it'll be running? just thought id share my findings with you, see you on the 28th guys

Sorry, that's a lovely list (!) but the limiting factor is the re-build. Without knowing the rods & pistons used, it's hard to say what she is safe to.

11. seems to have been swapped for STI V7 onwards, calipers iirc
14. An air filter in English !

I could guess that 330 bhp might have been possible !

No rolling road printouts in the file ?

yes i have rooling road print out for a healthy 283hp, which im guessing was done when it was standard?
and what about the mapping? any1 know that guy?

That's too much for a std sti, but G-force are long gone now... is there a date on the rr printout ? Is that a wheel horsepower figure 'cos if it is then it's = around 340 bhp at the crank !

not sure there matey? had a look at reciept and power print out and it was done in 2005? thought sti's were 280hp standard?

Newage sti's are 265 bhp at flywheel. Prodrive are just over 300

mine is redtop sti and an import? thought they were 280hp?

Without sounding rude, eight years of use would have meant a lower figure standard, so with a few mods, 283 bhp is easy to believe. Some people end up with some very big figures, but the cars 'aint quicker.

Import STIs were 280bhp standard for this age car.

If the RR printout was a few years ago then maybe it is true...

not sure then TBH? it had rebuild in 05 and print out was in 05? then the stuff like exhaust and some other things were put on in 06? all i know is it goes well
