Yup, it's almost that time again.
Looking to do this on Sunday 28th December if that's okay with most.
Do we want to go to the Tan Hill Inn again and freeze in their function "cow-shed" or would we prefer somewhere a little better (and warmer) equipped to cope with an influx of numerous ravenous drivers and co-pilots?
Those of us who went on the 3 Dales run would perhaps be enthusiastic about stopping for lunch at the same pub in Aysgarth, and there's nothing to stop us popping to the Tan Hill for a quick shandy (In fact it's a must, as long as the snow holds off)
So, it's into t'Dales on t'28th o' December.
Usual Dales meeting points:
Rhubarb (Furry) Triangle - 8:00
Yeadon Stoops - 8:30
Ilkely lay-by - 8:50
Aiming to get to a lunch stop for 12:30ish, and taking in some awesome Dales roads along the way.
Names and numbers please, and can you indicate the number of adults and kids so that I can arrange sufficient catering. Ta.

** If you want to know more about the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC+), Brake drying, Brake fade compensation, Brake pre-tensioning, Automatic Stability Control (ASC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Dynamic Brake Control (DBC), Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) and Electronic Brake-Force Distribution (EBD) let me know that too. I haven't a clue what half of that is.. but I can Google it for you.
- Yes, in the Bee M
- Yes, I'll keep up
- No, I won't be at the back
- Yes, I'll still have over half a tank left after the run
- Yes, the traction control will come off**

I went up to the pub at Aysgarth again with Shaz, just had to stop the one time for her to be sick. (just by the nice waterfalls) The food there is tops,
had a nice pud as well. I will try and make this, I will let you know when I know for Def.

Apart from annoying you and winding Sticky up, hopefully the extra acronyms will keep me on the right side of the dry stone wall this time....

(C'mon, I couldn't let it all go unchallenged)
I may try and venture out on this one, just to keep Al company whilst you're all filling up at the Shell garage. I'll probably still have more than 3/4 of a tank left in my DIESEL SKODA
Lined up, ready for the tumble

Oi! Who rattled your cage and invited you in for the dust up?? Eh?
Thinking about it... you're big enough not to need inviting... plus you have a warrant card which means you can invite yourself... and some colleagues... with gas and shields...and a helicopter.... dogs too... and if that fails.. some mates with guns.... I'll shut up... taxi!**

You may have Derv, which helps... but the Skoda badge means it's open season mate....
Will be good to have you along for the ride chap...
** I have some mates with Tornado F3's... so a light carpet bombing of your street or a precision guided JDAM through your letterbox may redress the balance a touch...

Chris, bring as many as you like mate, though with the number creeping upwards I think we may have to look at going for the barn at Tan Hill again. Be warned, it was a bit cold last year. I'll give the landlady a call and see what they can offer us in the way of meals and heating.
I'd suggest meeting at the BP in Settle as we did on Sunday, big enough CP, fuel on tap, and a decent run from there to wherever.
