Today was the day I . . .
had my bike test. Nervous as hell all week, but pretty calm this morning. Well, as calm as I could be with the test coming up 
Managed to settle down once out on the bike, and passed with only 2 minor mistakes
one of which was while I was walking the bike round for the u turn 
Absolutely over the moon with the result, and pics of the R6 will be up in due course, once I get my hands on it tomorrow.
Massive massive thanks to Dazza and Mick for the chats this week. You've both been a great help in getting me to relax for the test today

well donewhat does the bike test involve these days
ive never taken a bike test but was think of having a go as a bike would make sense for work transport and a bit of fun

Done 340 miles on it already
Had my first passenger today, t'other half was brave enough to jump on the back Think she was a tad nervous, but then so was I!!! Started off slow, and just had a steady potter about at 30-40. Think Sarah will enjoy it once she gets used to it
Can't wait to get the first service done at 600 miles and start giving it a few more revs
