If anyone is a little confused by Mrs Monkeydile's last post in "Quiet today"...

Yesterday she had an operation on her vocal cords to remove some nodules and she isn't allowed to talk for a week. It's the third time it's been done and seems to be getting a little easier for her but it still hurts and, as she says she doesn't do well with anaesthetic.

She's getting better each day which is good and she's got me running round doing stuff for her. Even though the rest of her works perfectly Only messing

Also, thanks to Jubby for getting me a free brekky at the hospital, for letting me park outside your house all day and spending part of your day off with me. Cheers mate, much appreciated

Being off work is a bit poo!

Monkeydile is doing a good job of looking after me, he is listening to what the nurse said "No chores for at least 6 months!"
