I've just had my car mapped and now want to see how much power I've got I'm gonna go to AET for a rolling road sesh and wondered if there might be any interest in making a day of it.

Ellie has given me prices and if we can get 10 people it would be about £58 each. If we can get as many as 15 it would only be about £35 each.

I was thinking maybe Saturday 28th June but we could go in to July if it's easier for everyone. Get your names down if you're interested

Got it mapped by Chy at Pennine Subaru in Hebden Bridge. Did a great job, it's so much quicker Pat Herborn taught him how to map so he's pretty good

I don't think you can map the ECU on my year car. Have to buy a piggyback or replacement ECU.

 

were you at Penine ?? i was in there when you dropped it off if so... just had apexi fitted and mapped so i'd go for it!!!!!!!!!!!

Aye there is a bit of a cost issue - I think they're about 800 quid or summat Good though, and future maps are cheap thereafter

 

or AET do a piggy for about £550 mapped i think dont quote me on that...or u can ebay the power fc for between £400 & £600 then theres your mapping DO IT RICH DO IT DO IT

 

mines needs mapping it only put down 176bhp at the wheels yesterday so about factory 240bhp really

no.... sadly it was the poo wagon ... face lift uk wagon! 18g and apexi on it now, chy is a true gent and is god in my book regards scoobys!

chy showed the week spots of my car... i now need to replace the 12month old black diamond discs. were warped but are now totally fooked and one of the skirts made a run for it over the back road ... fingers crossed he found that when he took yours out

 

450 lus P&P then about 300 to map!! you can shop around, but there are loads of "specialists" who seem to use chy... so i do too!! the number 2 car at scooby shoot out was in at weekend, nice stuff!!

 

Ive been wanting to get mine on the rolling road for a few weeks now so gona see if i can get the day off work an i'll let ya know for definate tommorow!

Yeah he certainly knows what he's on about. I was given his number by a mate and am so glad I went. Will defo be back when more needs doing Blimey losing one of the skirts did he kill the discs or is it since you've had it back

I saw the number 2 car from Scooby Shootout aswell. It belongs to Mark from Lateral Performance (who make the MD321 turbo!) Chy says it's running about 700BHP

 

Not sure on exact date yet mate. 28th would be preferred but still trying to get the numbers up so might have to delay. Let me know though and I'll add you to the list
