DCCD add-on
Spoke to David at API today !
To fit DCCD you only need the DCCD unit a sensor fitting and a Neetronics controller.... six speed box !
1. Neetronics doesn't need Subaru loom and connectors.
2. Rest of gearbox is same up to '05.
3. Cheaper.

I want to put the DCCD 'box on mine, Rick @ RE said so long as the DCCD ECU and the box is there it can be done, just won't have a display. Very tempted to get it done, just got get a DCCD box and ECU.

Apparently he's been stung in the past...
So this is HIS preferred solution...
I still wonder if a Cusco 35:65 centre diff is as good, if not as cheap.
