hi. if i put the standard dump valve on the car, is it going to be better or worse than my forge one i got on at the min?

 

Best thing to do andy is to try it,some cars dont mind but others idle lumpy,have high fuel consumption,and generally dont run particularly well with a VTA dump valve,mine hates it but mines new than yours so might be different.The engine tends to go rich coz you are venting some of the measured air which has already passed through the AFM.......I think

If you have poor idle and a jet black exhaust, it may improve things... if not only skin and blood wasted, and burnt fingers LOL

my boost is tunred up... will it have an affect on this if i fit the normal bump valve?

and dunx, my exhaust is black a bit, but idle is ok..
