Default The WYIOC 2008 wish list

How about a list where everyone can post up their club wishes for 2008?

So, if there's a particular run you would like to do, place you want to visit, etc. pop it on here and we'll build a nice list, then we can check them off once their done and dusted.

Annual events such as the NBO and Rising Sun will have their own threads and dates sorted anyway, so they can be left off, this is more for club-specific stuff.

I'll start with the obvious one...

Alps trip

Treasure hunt

How about another Coast-to-Coast?

Think coast to coast should include a stop over on one of the beaches...

I would like to do a run to ...and maybe spend the day there

A.. Brimham Rocks went last year and was great (for kids and adults)

Brimham Rocks near Summerbridge in Nidderdale by Daelnet's Yorkshire Dales

B.. Aysgarth Falls also good ,good picnic area, where Robin hood was filmed,

Aysgarth Falls, Wensleydale, Yorkshire Dales

also could tie this in with a visit to bolton castle, one of the best castles i have ever seen...

Wedding Reception Venues, Bolton Castle Medieval Yorkshire Tourist Attraction, Filming, UK

Just a few to ponder over, all got nice little drives to get to them as well...

Good thread Sticky...

Brimham Rocks and Aysgarth could easily be done in a day, and could also include a cheesey visit, need to re-stock

I'll be sorting a "Hey Diddle Diddle" run in the near future, probably Holme Moss, Devil's Elbow, Snake Pass, Edale and Cat an Fiddle (Geddit? )

I've also been toying with the idea of a midnight run to somewhere (Suggestions?)

Weekend in the Lakes?

I have one wish for '08, and it's a biggy....

I dare say I could buy it right now, but then I'd have to sell it to pay for the divorce And when the Hell would I enjoy it

Enterprises Inc. II
Buy one and start a members club to "rent" the use for a couple of days !
Like the supercar ones, only a bit more sensible prices...

As Ashleigh was the last person to see / use it I told Sean that I would get a replacement. Just need to find a Halfrauds or somewhere with one in stock. (And the time to get there when they're open )
