WRC Concept for 2008 - Is this a pointer to the new STi?

It's an obvious CGI 'enhancement' (Too much light on the rear tyre for my liking) and it needs better graphics, but apparently this is an idea of what we can expect.
It should be a decent WRC car with the shorter wheelbase, but I really, really thnik they should consider a 3 door version.

Looking at the spy shots, the bonnet needs shortening by about 10-12 inches, it just looks too disproportionate as it is.
