Membership Cards..

Membership Cards..
We had some of these for a while, but the lack of upkeep meant they drifted away....
I always felt they were a good idea and, as they've been mentioned a few times, I'd like to look at re-introducing them.
Some of the reasons are that as we have some exclusive extra discounts with Sticky (Onsigns / ShyTot Graphics), AET Turbos and Scoobyclinic (I will be working on Rick @RE Motorsport and Martin & RAF's Fish & Chip shops )...
We also have general club discounts with the local Subaru main dealers....(always looking for more)
So, a membership card will;
Sticky has probably got the artwork for the original paper one.... but can anyone provide (or put us in touch with a company to provide) a cheap to produce plastic card that we can possibly use?
Anyone fancy doing a front & back design?
If this is a goer, we'll look to get them ready for the EOM...

So, a membership card will;
- Make sure that only full WYIOC members get these exclusive discounts.
- Let them know that WYIOC members have taken their custom to them.
- Be an ideal way of showing your support to these companies who have offered these generous savings.
- Be used to stop someone taking advantage by joining and then going straight for a discount and never being seen again (It has happened). Cards will be issued to those paid up members who have attend a few monthly meets (this and other conditions to be discussed).

Good idea Alan...
With the club being family orientated and also the school holidays why dont we have the kids coming up with some designs, would keep them occupied for a short period and also make them feel more involved.

3-4 quotes requested from various companies. Asked for an intial batch of 100. I don't think we need sequentially numbered cards, or ones with signature strips or any other nonsense, just a straight forward, double sided card, logo and design on face, list of supporting businesses with phone numbers on the back.
How about approaching the businesses listed and asking if they'll split the cost between them? Looking at the guide prices, it'd only work out at about £10-20 each
Al, can you compile a list of 'potential' suppliers, then we can do some calling?
Claire.... ask Rick
JB.... ask Kev
I'll ask me (I said yes! )
Let's try and get at least half a dozen good names on there

Craig, we were hoping for 99.9% discount across the board
Seriously, anything you offer as a discount, whether it be across the board, or on full valets, etc. will be most welcome mate.

Prices for 100 of these are coming in at around the 100 quid mark, give or take.
Still waiting for a couple of companies to reply

Emailed Camskill about tyre's. They are prepared to offer good discounts on Toyo R888's and Hankook RS-2 track day tyres. All road tyres are very cheap anyway, but they may be able to knock a little more off, depending on the brands / sizes. Although they can't guarantee this, it will be a case of phone and see at the time
