this morning i bumped the subaru,,,it was not my fault ,but the other person just drove off (toss**)

iv broke my nose (i think) and iv got a big fat thick lip and my back is killing me

Can`t you phone the Police with a brief description of the car, i.e colour, make etc? Then they could maybe catch the ****** & justice will be done.
