Guys thanks very much for the appreciation, it was all my pleasure, and other than a slightly rocky start with the marshall, I soon sorted it out with Chris, well when I located him, and on that note.
Chris (TOTB) huge thanks to you mate for giving me the time and giving our club the space, sincerely my friend I offer my thanks
It was, I think I can say confidently, the best ever absolutely top Turn out, superb event and sunshine all the way.
Me Jackie, Laura & louis, killa, Dan & Christine, Paul & Debs, JB24, stu148, Jim yatesy & wife, Simon B, Skywalker,Sarah&Kaine, Dave Carter & wife, Steve J, and I know there a couple of more of you that I can't recall the names of Black WRX, Scott friends, The Ninja (yes I caught him)
Anyway hats off to all you guys for actually showing up, its tuning up to these events that shows publicly how big and varied our club is
to all whom attended
I have got loads of pictures, but not the time at the minute to resize and post them will do some tonight.
Just wished still images could capture, Antilag, and launch control,
Thanks to each and everyone of you for attending
Pics as promised well enough for now

Been a long day chaps

Paul check these

And what would a WYIOC event be, without, yep I tracked him down, however hard he tried to evade me.

and respectable 1/4 mile times mate too
I think I saw you yesterday JB, were you wearing a WYIOC t-shirt with "worlds unluckiest Impreza owner on the back"?
Saw you around the burger bar area near the handling circuit.

ROFLOL - Village idiot more like!
There's more to come from this car (even though thats not what I am really in to tbh in this car) in 1/4 mile times...... 1st time I had been on a drag strip since 2000. Times kept coming down (only had 5 runs) and I was pretty chuffed with 12.5 considering the very hot weather, my lardy arsed car weight and the six speed box hampering things. 60ft time of 1.6secs was cool though...... maybe, just maybe I got in to top 10 for something!

Alan,
I didnt get my stickers from PS/LI (asked permission and got them made up), but I do know they have stickers. Give them a bell mate.
Regards,
Shaun.

Managed to get there for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
Wandered over to the WYIOC section and saw JB deep in conversation so did'nt want to interrupt.
Did'nt see any of you guys apart from that...
Loved that MG Rover coupe tho - with a sound to die for!
