TEST THREAD
I posted this in the main meet thread.. thought I'd drop it here for continuity..........
OK. Couple of possibilities... A White list is usually associated with SPAM email and would contain all the URL's (websites) that you say are OK to accept incomming mail from.
Try this first......
Don't login, just click on 'post new message' and you should get another message asking you to log-on, logon and try again...
I believe there's still some issues with Scoobynet after the recent break.. so make sure you're using the .com and not .co.uk
If not...
Do you use a Google or Yahoo Toolbar and / or GMail? If so, these toolbars sometimes uses SPAM Mail Whitelists. They may need setting up to add Scoobynet to this whitelist. Best thing is to remove these Toolbars as they can be trouble if not configured properly.... (I've read the Terms and conditions of the Google toolbar (part of my job) and it is scary...)
Do you have a SPAM filter setup in any Antivirus, Firewall or Internet security package? The spam filters on these may also use Whitelists for email protection.... check them.
Do you use a separate SPAM blocker? This too may need Scoobynet ading to the Whitelist or simply removing...
If you use a decently configured Broadband router and Windows firewall, then I'd suggest you'd be safe from the most the net can throw at you if you use a decent AV programme on the side and a Spyware blocker like Windows defender (if you ave a proper copy of Windows)..

I've just tried Firefox and I'm getting the error.... If I do the 'do not login and click new thread, then login'.... it works...
Do it this way or try IE (or a clone like Maxthon) until the problem is sorted
Remember to keep your Scoobynet cookies when cleaning your hardrive... this will save you having to do all this again..
