Wolverhampton Subaru dealership rant
just wondered if anyone has had a problem with the service department at the wolverhampton subaru dealership,
Phoned them today for the first time and had the worst customer service I have received from a dealership in years. Had to phone as wanted to get the four digit immobiliser code from them, asked if the guy was able to help with that to which he said they hadn't long taken over the Subaru dealership and as such wasn't fully clued up on Subaru. I went to ask him for the number for Subaru UK but he blatantly put the phone down on me, I rang back and got through to the same guy asked why he had put the phone down on me to which he replied he had heard laughing the back ground at my home and took offence as he thought they were laughing at him for not being able to help. I then asked for a number to Subaru UK so I was able to get or at least find out how to get the four digit code, he's reply was sorry we don't have it, so as i was in disbelief that a dealership didn't have a number to there head office (as such) I questioned why they wouldn't have this number and he put the phone down on me again.
could not believe the service I had gotten from this bloke, I was at no point rude or offensive towards him. Anyway I got the number in the end and at the same time logged a complaint with them about this jokers conduct.
needed to vent that anger.

Did you get the code in the end? I have the code box but dont have the code? What happens if someone changes it from the original code? Can subaru still give you a reset code or something? Would like to get mine working as I live in Dudley lol, I have all my books etc but it doesnt show any codes or any info or numbers to call on what to do if you forget or lose the code? Help please

stupid you would think if they were gonna have a dealership they would be better organised than this, specially for mark such as SUBARU

I have been there twice to get a new service book as mines full. The berk behind the desk didnt have a clue, asked for my phone number to contact me. After 3 weeks .... nothing.
Go back, and they suddenly wanted all of mine and the cars info. I wasnt in my car so couldnt offer chassis number. I have never had that beofre, is it normal for subaru? Seemed Completely clueless.

I needed a couple of clips for my front bumper. Rang them told them what i wanted he said let me look for them. Called me back an hour later told me a price all sorted. Called again this morning said they had arrived
