finally pulled my spare engine out the back of the garage to get refreshed by TDR before going back in the type r with a few other mods ready for the summer and before the other one has any issues

 

All stripped down ready for cleaning seems I could of dropped it straight in as all bearings are in good condition but now its apart it will have new rings and bearings and the block will be cleaned and sprayed ready for the rebuild

will do but block is in soak so not much to see. on the rebuild i will.
