Good news mate. Nowt worse than the dreaded suspected HG problem. I have an STI 1.3 bar rad cap which never caused me any problems.

You are not wrong there. I had a guy reverse into my front end resulting in a new rad etc. I overheated very slightly once because of an air lock and have been paranoid about it ever since. I even have coolant temp showing on my PSI3 monitor, never had any problems whatsoever!
