Servicing in the West Mids?
Morning all,
This has probably been asked before, but I'm looking to get the Scoob serviced in the next month or so, and want a reputable specialist to do it.
Who are you guys using, or who do you recommend?
Cheers

As above, Keith at Scooby Projects seems to know what he's doing. I've been there a few times and haven't had any problems.
There in Ledbury so not a million miles away.

I use Pole Position in Willenhall, Wolverhampton. There prices are brilliant.

Powerstation or Litchfield Imports aren't far from you in Gloucestershire.

What did you have done Rescue Dude? I'm looking at doing handling mods for mine first, so would be really interested to hear what you've had done!

At the moment I fitted a 24mm rear ARB, with uprated drop links and strengthened rear ARB mounts. Anti lift kit and the four rear radial arms. All Whiteline stuff.
The car feels a lot less nervous than it did.
Plan to do more when I have a bit of spare cash.

Do you find the car understeers or oversteers more? Or is it more neutral?
I find mine understeers more than over, but it's not too bad, nothing a bit more power doesn't sort.
I just want slightly less understeer...

It certainly feels like it has a lot less understeer. Handling is a very personal thing, what suits one person won't suit another.
I've not noticed any more oversteer. If anything i'd say it felt much better balanced than it did.
I'll have to pop over if you want a quick shufty.

Stick to known wmi traders - tried, tested and always more than happy to help with honest advice. Not once have any of them tried selling me anything I don't need and have been more than reasonable. All you need in most cases is a WMI sticker to qualify for members rates.
