can anyone give me some advice on my jap import scooby. when i drive normal (speed limit) my clutch returns but when i start to accelerate(unleashing scooby power) my clutch doesnt return back to original position have to give it a little flick with my foot. please tell me what needs to be done please. thanks to all that reply

 

hi mate give Thwaites Developments a call, they do W.M.I members a discount

 

Have a look above the gearbox, should be a clutch release spring. If this is missing or hanging off then replace and it should solve the problem. As above, give Mark a call as he supplied me a spring when the same thing happened to mine a few weeks back

I agree with paul sounds like the spring is missing

 

I had exactly the same problem on mine checked the clutch release spring which was fine so booked her in at powerstation they adjusted the springs underneath the clutch pedal and all was fine.
