Breakfast Club 20/06/10 -
We'll be meeting at Stechford Retail Park at 7:30am to leave at no later than 7:40am.
The convoy will then then travel up the M6, getting off at Junction 10a, merging onto the M54. We will then get off the M54 at Junction 3. Once off the motorways it is literally a 5 minute journey and along this road we'll be meeting meeting Dean (parked in lay-by) where he will lead the convoy into RAF Cosford.
Detailed route is:
28.6 mi – about 38 mins
1. Head northwest on Flaxley Pkwy toward Flaxley Rd 0.1 mi
2. Slight left at Iron Ln 262 ft
3. Turn right at Station Rd/A4040 0.2 mi
4. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Stechford Ln/A4040
Continue to follow A4040
Go through 1 roundabout 1.6 mi
5. Slight left at Wheelwright Rd/A4040 0.2 mi
6. Continue onto Tyburn Rd/A38
Continue to follow Tyburn Rd 1.0 mi
7. At Salford Circus, take the 2nd exit onto the M6 ramp to M5 0.6 mi
8. Merge onto M6 12.2 mi
9. At junction 10a, exit onto M54 toward Wolverhampton/Telford 10.8 mi
10. At junction 3, take the A41 exit to Whitchurch/Weston 0.2 mi
11. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Newport Rd/A41 heading to Wolverhampton 0.7 mi
12. Turn right at Worcester Rd 0.4 mi
13. Turn right 0.4 mi
14. Turn left
Destination will be on the right
It's important we arrive just before 8:30am when we can park up, to avoid getting stuck in queues etc as it's bound to be extremely busy.
Parking is 2 or 3 quid and that is the only charge you have to pay. Even entry to the War Museum is free.

Right guys,
H, Dean and myself have discussed this and propose that we hold West Mids Impreza's June meet at the Midland Breakfast Club on 20th June.
For those of you who don't know, the Midland Breakfast Club is a monthly meet at RAF Cosford of hundreds of classic, sports and performance cars. I've checked out their site and the variety of cars on show is fantastic! Take a look for yourselves at:
http://www.midlandsbreakfastclub.co.uk/index.htm
I've been told that 20th June is in fact Fathers Day, but this could be an advantage to any of you who are Dads and/or Sons who share the interest, so bring em along! I'll certainly be bringing my old man with me
The one drawback with this is that it's called the Breakfast Club for a reason, and that is because it begins at around 8:30am and concludes at 12:00 noon, so it would been a proper early start, but don't worry though, because I hear that some rather legendary breakfast sandwiches are on sale all morning to wake you all up!
All in all it will make for a great day/morning out, and will give us a chance to present West Mids Impreza's to a wider Midlands audience (I've only seen 2 or 3 Impreza's in the photos from past meets) as well as giving us a chance at taking a look at a massive selection of brilliant motors.
So, the address is:
RAF Museum Cosford
Shifnal
Shropshire
TF11 8UP
Let us know what you think. It's bound to be a good'un so get your names down. I emplore you to take a look at the Midland Breakfast Club site to see for yourself what it's all about.

I should be there although I will be parked with my Westfield buddies but I may pop over and say hello.
You can also tell which westy is mine as it has "Fent" on each side.
Unfortunatley it aint much to look at asthe winter upgrades i planned never happened due to funds, oh well, more for the list next winter
By the way, if you can avoid the main road to Cosford (BORING!) and take in some of the smaller more fun ones. That's what I do. I can personally recommend the lanes around Pattingham.
Afraid the sandwiches are not legendard any more. Due to demand you are now restricted to either bacon OR sausage. just not fair!
It's a good meet so look forward to seeing you there.
