Blue classic in March

I saw the car twice today. Once driving past my house with the driver having a huge grin and then driving past the top of my road later!

I wonder who it could of been!

followed a new age WRX yesterday with white flud maps on it. past the Tesco turning..

What colour was it? There's a couple floating around atm. I saw a blue bug (I think it was) in March town, stickered up and there's a silver bug that's going around
