just watched road wars on there a sliver scooby reg (WG52LPE) just woundering if anyone knows it got 3 point £100 fine for speeding

I saw this. He was clocked over 100mph and under taking on a duel carriage way.

If I remember correctly isn't been caught over 100mph an instant ban?

no its upto the court a no a few people been clocked over 100mph and kept there license
