another pre-emptive strike thing here.

I'm off up to Powerstation tomorrow (Sat 9th Feb) so will be 'making good progress' up the A21, M25 (west), M40 and A40. Need to be up there for 9:30am so will be leaving about 6:30am so doubt you lot will be up by then, but if you are and you see the blackbeast then give us a wave.

Or if you're near Powerstation pop over and say hi. I'll be there for a little while as I'm getting the tracking, geometry and bumpsteer done.

Markus,

I've been there a few times now and I found that route the worst. Too many speed cameras in the most stupid places and a lot of traffic. Nature of the road means that everyone sits close together so you can't overtake unless you are willing to do five or six cars at a time!

I take the M4 to Swindon then A419/A417. From Loughton it takes just over 2hrs.
