anyone in wigan/st.helens have a local meet see plenty of subaru`s knocking around especially in wigan just wondering if anyone meets up locally? or would anyone want to?

Some scoobistas used to meet at the Micklehead Green in St Helens but I don't think it happens anymore.

Try the Nothern England section, there may be some details in there if anyone has tried to organise recently.

Couple of guys from St.Helens (one from clockface and the other from billinge) come to CADS (cheshire & district scoobies) meets every 3rd Sunday of the month in Acton Bridge.
