Saw quite a few of you looking jealously at my 93 brown / black 1.8GL courtesy car. I only just missed taking it down the strip due to poor time management. Still, ther's always next year...

it did an 11.1 @ 130mph plus, a bit slow off line but when it came on song it was fast, only downside to it was its exhaust noise, it was too quiet! sounded the dogs last year, really brilliant exhaust note.

I was there aswell, with my nephew....he is 8 and he was asking how long before he can drive my Scoob...LOL! He was even asking if I would have a blast on the strip next year with him as passenger but he was gutted when he found out theres no passengers!
Had to come in my red Punto 60S cos I have the scoob booked in for a cambelt and didnt want to tempt old 'sods law'.
Those Scooby Clinic cars are pretty immense...glad I'm getting my cambelt done there!
Brilliant day...loved every minute.....had suncream on aswell!
