To all the drivers who missed my invisible car
just a thankyou to everyone who ignored me today. travelled from yeovil to portsmouth and back again saw about 7 scoobs and got a wave from one(and he was in a sport)
didnt realise my car was invisible. classics and newage.
pointless thread just gives me the hump, how hard is it to lift a hand to keep me happy

I thought someone would have seen ME by now too?! Especially as I'm driving a reasonably rare edition......only 25 in the country!
Oh....and I try and wave as much as possible.......it takes me back to the Alfa Romeo days in the 70's!

Edmondo mate, no problems at all. What Dave fails to tell us all is that he was looking like this whilst he was driving. Now, would you wave to him?

I agree.............am fed up with being ignored lately..........parked up next to a black hawkeye in Tesco's yesterday (very nice), just as I was getting out of mine, the driver came back to his.........so I smiled and he totally blanked me! Maybe he was embarrassed at being seen in Tesco's, or maybe he was peeved cos my car was freshly washed and his was dirty.........anyway a***holes to all miserable gits is what I say

i saw 5 scoobs yesturday, 4 of them waved 
the one that diddnt sort of nodded, but he looked like a yob 
2 bug eyes, one stickered up front mount intercooler, new lights with a black surround, i liked alot, another bug eye, looked pretty standard, one P1 and 2 white STI's

I'm starting to wonder if all classic owners secretly harbour hatred for us new age owners - I passed 5 classics yesterday going in and out of Camberley and got a nod off one of them and blanked by the rest; even by one I flashed!!

i saw 15 on my journey from Peterborough to Paignton and only got one wave back. One followed me on the M5, then overtook and as it did I waved but got totally blanked

i live next door, in torquay , it don't come out much but i always give a beep when i fly past others on the motorways
