police scoobys /just after lakeside/a13

see two BLUE police scoobys today just after the lakeside slip road .parked in the layby.anpr was just before the m25/dartford tunnel over section

Wasn't me but was probably Tissy in one of them.

scooby and evo

i saw the both a scooby and an evo (police cars) blocked two lanes on the A13 just before the m25 exit.....
