Default Cardiff Road - CE53BYR

I don't mind having a little a play when conditions allow (as you've seen) but to overtake in a busy 30 zone at 90mph+ makes you, in my humble opinion, a James Blunt. The second act (just past Dynys Powys) consisted of you entering a blind corner, on the limit, only to be confronted by a car turning left. The forty foot skid-mark, whilst impressive, tells me that you have a fast car and a slow brain.

Should we meet face to face I shan't say anything, as you appeared harder then me, I will however make a point of looking disapprovingly at you and possibly even shaking my head.

At HQ once or twice a quarter, I'll let Chris know a couple of weeks in advance so that we can organise something.

For anyone that cares, I've just left the scene (I was the second on it) of a serious RTA on the very same stretch of road involving just one vehicle (PX02YFL) who's driver has managed to take out two lampposts. Another Subaru Impreza, I'm afraid. This time the driver was sat on the side of the road crying whilst me and a jogger reassured his girlfriend, who was sat in the passenger seat, unable to move.

I can't quite believe it.

That's the one. Totalled as far as I could make out. It was further up from Cardiff road near Barry waterfront, just by the Morrison's bus stop.

I've seen him come round those roundabouts like a maniac on a few occasions when I've been coming the other way, he couldn't handle it at all, he's had it about 2 months I think!!

If you're up that way, have a gander at the state of the lamppost and how savagely close he was to the bus stop. I'm no angel and I've had a couple of offs over the years but this doesn't stop me from being genuinely concerned about the safety of all involved. I just hope the word gets out to the boy racers in the area and that one or two of them ease off a bit.
