15:00, newage, private plate D1 X** in the postoffice parcel place on aberaman ind est, and seconds later a blob with morettes turning onto the estate road from abercwmboi junction.V** WRX........

It used to have a really dodgy "altered" number plate spelling his name/nickname, but i presume that someone from the traffic dept has had a word to sort it out cos it seems legal now!
