Northampton A45 Brackmills Sunday
Spotted on the A45 just after 7pm on Sunday night heading east.
A T plate, dark blue? (a dark colour....I couldn't tell under the street lights).
It was going fairly slowly past the Queen Eleanor junction.
As I started to catch up to see what it was, the car went faster.
