Where were you then m8?
By the way, I always drive with my driving lamps on
Just bought another BOV for mine and a Turbosmart manual boost controller. Apart from a couple of gauges to go in my pod, what would it need to be safe and go pop?

Someone on here said about having the car put on a rolling road once the boost controller is fitted. Do youknow if that's true or would it be more like a re-map or something even less?

PTS in Luton offer a rolling road test for around £50 and a compression test/mini tune for £150 or there abouts. A manual boost controller just gives you the option to increase/decrease boost by hand rather than the ECU doing it, so haveing it tested after would be up to you.
I had a manual boost controller put on mine as my boost/wastegate solonoid did'nt work, but you must be carefull not to over boost and destroy the engine.
Andy at ESL offers a good chip which I have'nt had any probs with, but thats for pre 96 models only and some people don't like the sound of chips although I went from 240 to 326bhp (with other mods).
