Rob

Went to Trawscoed, bit gutted it was cancelled, but i still enjoyed the drive back to Gloucestershire despite the fact i was so stupidly tired (found it difficult focusing on the road at times, hence the stop for a strech & food).

Did you have the 5 door, that i was behind for a while and then drove past after the clio + van incident.

Where in Worcestershire are ya?

Cheers

Ian,

Didn't see the 5 door, however saw the incident, certainly makes you drive as bit slower when you see something like that.

I am trying to sort out a refund for the cancelled stage, I will let you know if I am successful.

I was heading back to Bromsgrove and thanks to the P1 I got there a lot quicker than I normally would have !!!

I know who you are now!!

I was with you for a while, then let you go, Kristi was a little concerned about it cuz i have a few too many points at the moment, and was feeling pretty tired

Maybe we should organize a meet sometime? when i'm more awake

Please let me know how you get on with the refund, e-mail in profile.

Cheers & take it easy

Cool

Hi Rob & Iain

Sorry to butt in on your thread but we were also at Trawscoed when it was cancelled we'd found a great spot up by car park C too, got there really early and felt very smug - for a short while! We were in a black MY01 with an SRT number plate.

Saw Charlie Whiskey, ChrisB, Superslider, Kev & 555Boy there too (amongst others!)

What a choker

Sal.

Sal,

Saw loads of others Scoobs in Car Park C, too many to remember number plates.

Have decided after Saturdays fiasco to go on the friday next year, at least you should get to see all the top drivers that way.

I see from your profile you are from East Herts, I used to live in Digswell near WGC, are you anywhere near there ?

Sal,

We also saw loads of Scoobs in Car Park C, got chatting to a bloke with a Black 98, and some other bloke with an older white turbo.

Shame we didn't all meet & chat . Did you go to the meet after Trawscoed Sal?

Blade,

This is getting wierd now, I was born at QEII in WGC and used to live in Brookmans Park (near Hatfield)

Rob & Iain - I live just the other side of Hertford from WGC, near Ware. Funnily I used to live in Lemsford, just outside WGC

We did go to the meet after Trawscoed as it was only 6 miles down the road from where we were staying I persuaded my parents to come too - it was their first meet and now my mum is hooked! She was boasting that her exhaust was the loudest They're both 62 Oh the shame...

Having a meet at the rally was such a good idea - top marks to Charlie Whiskey for organising it

Sal
