I think it was a bug eye anyway.

spotted near the a43/a45 towards camp hill roundabout, just seconds after I saw the smashed scoob.

The driver was on the other side and waved, I only noticed at the very last minute (as I was busy thinking about the poorly one).

Could have been me ... Usually wave and use that stretch every day, but blobeye, not bugeye.
