Motorway maintenence newage on the M25

In the roadworks by junction 19 tonight saw a fully stickered up newage with a amber light sat there with all the lorries and plant machinery

seen a couple like that with all the stickers with another yellow sticker across the boot sayin MOTORWAY MAINTENANCE, on the A38 roadworks at lichfield!
