Default Santa Pod Last Sunday!

Seen a few scoobs at SP last weekend for what can only be described as crap..

Rained most of the day so no runs going on!!

Queued up for over an hour to get in as well!!

Anyway, silver classic 2 or 3 cars behind me in the queue to get in! Also a stickered up scoob that looked seriously modified parked behind me!

Got a wave from a blue blobeye who was on his way out whilst I was queuing! Think you had the right idea mate!

I was in a Green classic wagon!

Anyone on here?

That's typical! I left at 1.30 after 3 hours of standing in the rain!! Guess I am not going to get a refund!

Just been on the Santa Pod web site, and this is what they said about last weekend:

Unfortunately the racing on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September was effected by the weather, although we did manage to Race from 3pm till 9pm on Sunday and managed to complete all the 2005 FIA, UEM and Pro Mod Championships.

The following rain off values have been attributed to European Finals tickets: Saturday - £27, Sunday - £20, Sat/Sun - £25, All Days - £25. So please hold onto your tickets as you can use them to get money off all future Santa Pod events up to and including the European Finals 2006. There is no cash alternative. There is no rain-off value for grandstand seats. Rain-off tickets can only be used pro rata.

We apologise for the racing being disrupted, we hope you appreciate that we did all we could to keep the racing going and to dry the track.

So, at least I can use my tickets for another event! Nice one!
