didn't see it , but have seen a blue sti parked just up the road from where they film lots of times with the radar gun pointing out the window... so i'd suspect its the north yorks police one and they just borrowed it...

Gonna have to watch the re-run this afternoon to see it as I don't normally watch it.

 

Even my girlfriend spotted it and commented on it - mind you, she's trying to make up for the look of utter horror as my first Scooby rolled up on the drive 2 weeks ago. Lets just say she wasnt best impressed. Now she realises the error of her ways (and just how much she hurt my delicate feelings) she's trying to make amends.

Girly - "Look, even the police use them, so they must be good"

Me - "Whatever you say pet" (still looking hurt)

Girly "Look, I'm sorry about my first reaction.....but it was a bit of a shock"

Me - "Dont worry about it, we'll get over it"

PAUSE....

Girly "Er....do you think it might need a better stereo ?"

Me - "Might do" (trying not to look overjoyed at the brilliance of my psycological warfare triumph)

Will they never learn (I dont really think like this, but its a rare victory for me)
