Default MadMark looking bored on the A404!

Morning mate!

You looked so bored sat in that traffic heading towards Bisham Abbey roundabout.... not surprised though as I always do when I'm stuck in it in the evening!

Afternoon Scott - quite right and I hate it!
- There is always one joker who flies past the other way at max rpm (usually me at night) - who makes you realise how much time you're wasting .........

There need to be traffic lights on that R'bout IMHO

I know what you mean about seeing other people booting it the other way whilst you are just sat there. Thankfully, tonight I can just filter through all of that traffic and not have to worry about it!

I don't think lights would actually work as that will just hold us up on the main bit of the A404 as we will have to let the other morons, I mean drivers , out from the other exits. As things currently stand they have to wait for quite a while because of the heavy traffic coming down the dual carriageway (from both directions).

Oh well, it now looks as though I will be sitting in numerous traffic jams on the A404 again as I've just had my motorbike stolen!

Not really - heard the news and went cross country from Bracknell to Maidenhead and then over the Cookham Bridge! Only took me about another 10-15 minutes .....

Bad news about the bike - did it get nicked last night?

Yep from right outside the front door. They took it at lunchtime in broad daylight. Three black guys jumped out the van that they had just reversed up to the door (which is happens quite often for deliveries), picked the bike up and loaded it in to the back of the van and drove off. They did this in less than 3 minutes.

Unfortunately there is no CCTV and only one witness who called the police straightaway and gave all of the details. He didn't get a reg number but the van was plastered with signage for a company all over it - so the odds are that this van was nicked!

Cliff, I have a MY00 DGM Wagon - number plate on the bonnet, pimp tints, and a few other mods.

The bike is a pisser, but at least these things can be replaced.

Scott - spoke to Paul and told me about the bike and the Mondeo , gutted for you mate, especially at this time of year with no bike but as you say they can be replaced.

LOL at a 'few' other mods

Matt

Hi Matt,

Not the best of months for me really!!!

I've been doing the sums for the new bits I will need for the bike and the scum who have stolen it are going to cost me circa £2k to get the bike back to how mine was.

V5 - I live in Bracknell, but work in Loudwater and have done for nearly 4½ years.

Matt, new end can, new chip, braided hoses, rear hugger, alarm, change of front sprocket, speedo healer, alarm, intercom (of course via Rich), but then there is the shortfall I will have to make up on the cost of getting the replacement bike (which of course will have to be brand new as I'm not letting these ******* ruin my fun! ).

The police called me earlier today to say that they have the van on a CCTV camera, and that a few others bikes were also stolen in the area. They think it was stolen to order. Oh well, at least somebody has a great taste in bike out there! Just a shame they don't earn the money and pay for it the way us normal people do!
