P1 Upperton rd. Leicester
About 9pm last night. I'd just turned onto Upperton rd when you were turning right into a side rd. You flashed, I didn't see you while it was too late so I gave you a flash of the hazzards to which you kindly aknowledged! 
had just come down from Sheffield to see the GF who is at Uni in Leicester. HELLO! if it was you!
