A470 Between Brecon and Builth Wells
This afternoon (Thurs 9th), WR1 on a mission 
towards Builth just north of Elwood, and a silver classic wagon turning towards Builth. Got a friendly wave off the wagon (ta), but the WR1 driver probably had tunnel vision or was too scared to take their hands off the wheel
